The Assessor will let you know the outcome of your assessment in writing. This will include the level of Home Care Package you are eligible for. Make copies of these and keep these documents to show you are eligible for government subsidised aged care services.

You will also receive:

Information about service providers in your area
A letter with current services approved

Plus:

How to provide feedback and complaints

You won't need another assessment unless your needs change significantly.
